CHRISTI TAYLOR
As an ACE & AFAA CEC certified Provider, Christi Taylor presents workshops and lectures to fitness professionals worldwide. She is the founder of Taylor’d Fitness, now a division of Shiloh Trail, Inc., where she currently produces and stars in her internationally acclaimed fitness DVDs. Christi is the founder of AITP (Aerobic Instructor Training Program) which offers live, hands-on group fitness training around the country. Christi was nominated “Aerobic Instructor of the Year” for IDEA and continues to receive outstanding reviews from both national and international fitness magazines for her talent, expertise, and charm.
PATRICK GOUDEAU
Patrick Goudeau is one of the world’s most popular fitness instructors and has been inspiring the fitness world for over 16 years and teaching in over 40 countries. He received ECA awards for Best Choreography in 2003 & 2004 and for Best Male Presenter in 2003. He is a former USA national aerobics champion and a celebrity fitness trainer whose clients have included Paula Abdul and Helen Hunt. Patrick has released numerous highly acclaimed exercise videos, with his ABC WORKOUT receiving “Health” magazine’s “Best of Fitness 2005” award as the most innovative workout of the year. You can also see him on FitTV’s hot new fitness show, “All Star Workouts”.
DEBRA BONO
Debra Bono comes from a modern dance and music background and is interested in making fitness more fun and motivating for other dancers as well. The routines on her DVDs are structured, but include enough stylized movement to make the participant forget it was exercise to improve cardiovascular function. Her company, which she runs with her husband Gene – who composes and performs the music on the DVDs, focuses on multicultural fitness audio and videotapes and providing new and different music for aerobic classes. Debra graduated from New York's High School for Performing Arts and has taught modern, jazz and African dance for many years. She is the founder and former director of the Debra E. Hayes Dance Company which toured and performed for six years.
GILAD
Gilad Janklowicz is a pioneer in the fitness industry as he has helped millions to stay fit with his television and video programs. His TV series “Bodies in Motion” enjoyed an 11 year run on ESPN and has also aired on Fox Sports, The Health Network and on FitTV. Gilad has been devoted to fitness since his athletic days in high school and he eventually became a record holding decathlon athlete in Israel and a fitness officer in their military. Personalities such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jack La Lanne and Joe Theisman have all trained with Gilad and appeared on his television show. To date, Gilad has produced scores of top-rated instructional DVDs, which have received accolades from Billboard Magazine to Consumer Reports.
MINDY MYLREA
Mindy Mylrea was the 2004 Can Fit Pro International Presenter of the Year, the 1999 International IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, a National and World Aerobic Champion, a PowerBar sponsored athlete, and a five star presenter for IDEA. She is an advisory board member, an international presenter, author, motivational speaker, video personality, and CEC provider. Mindy is the creator and lead talent behind Gliding, the Gliding discs exercise program, and is a master trainer for Schwinn Cycling. Mindy is also the creator and owner of FitFlixs Productions, where she has created numerous instructional DVDs, including CYCLE CHALLENGE, AWESOME INTERVALS, and many more.
ELISE BROWNING MILLER
Elise Miller, M.A. in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of North Carolina, is a Senior Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher from Palo Alto who has been teaching yoga throughout the United States and internationally since 1976. As a founding director of the California Yoga Center in Mountain View and Palo Alto, CA, Elise teaches classes and workshops specializing in back and sports-related injuries and is a faculty member at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. Elise has successfully used yoga to minimize the effects of her own scoliosis and sees clients privately with scoliosis and other back related problems. She has published numerous articles on scoliosis and other yoga related subjects in Yoga Journal and other national magazines. Elise has studied on numerous occasions with B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar in India. She has recently produced the Yoga for Scoliosis DVD and booklet, the Yoga for Backcare booklet, and a new addition of her book, Yoga, Anytime, Anywhere. Elise's joyous personality and ease of communication endear her to students with a teaching style that is down-to-earth, precise, and nurturing.
FAWNIA MONDEY-DIETRICH
Fawnia Mondey-Dietrich was born in 1975, in the small town of Kamloops, BC Canada. Interests growing up included running, art (drawing), theater, and dancing. At the age of 19, she began her career as an exotic dancer. After learning that there was no professional instruction for exotic pole dancers, Fawnia opened the world’s first Exotic Dance School and produced the pioneering video, “Pole Work Volume 1”.

Fawnia has appeared on the cover of Muscle Magazine International, Body of Science, Canadian Health & Fitness, Body Talk and in Muscle & Fitness, Oxygen, Flex, American Curves, Planet Muscle, Ironman, Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, Ms. Fitness and many others including Playboy’s special editions 4 times, and Playboy’s Best of Canadian Girls calendar.

In March, 1996 when she retired from dancing, Fawnia began studying acting and landed roles on The X-Files, Millennium and in movies such as Profile For Murder, My Fathers Angel, Nationals Lampoons Strip Poker, and the lead in both Dakota Bound and Cries of Innocence.

At her Pole Fitness Studio, located inside Body In Mind Beauty & Fitness Boutique, Fawnia continues to offer classes in exotic dancing. Between producing DVDs, teaching, and acting, Fawnia also continues to compete in worldwide figure competitions.
ALICE SALAND

Alice Saland’s lean figure and electric energy turn plenty of heads. Sixty plus, this fitness trainer is in peak physical and mental condition, despite having battled cancer. She is an inspiration, a role model, for both the youth and aging population. “It is the quality of life we want to increase as our life expectancy increases”, says Alice. Her mission is to assist in helping you to achieve your personal goal.

Alice Saland became active in the corporate fitness industry in the early 80’s. Then a certified aerobic instructor she went to Fortune Five Hundred Companies in NYC during lunch breaks and after work, where she instructed group fitness programs. She was also Director of The Aerobic Program at Bio-Fitness Institute in Manhattan. Alice appeared in US Magazine, featured as a Fitness Entrepreneur, and wrote fitness articles for McCall’s throughout the 80’s.

In the 90s, Ms. Saland moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Here she wrote a weekly Fitness Column for The Albuquerque Journal North, “Ask Alice About Fitness and Fashion”. She also became a personal trainer specializing in women’s fitness. In 1999 Alice was diagnosed with breast cancer and after a lumpectomy and axillary node dissection, she created exercises to assist women post-breast surgery. These exercises were released as a video first released in 2000. AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical was executive producer of Alicethenics: Exercises To Increase Freedom Of Movement After Breast Surgery.

Now in the 21st Century, Alice, living in Arizona, continues to reinvent herself. She, of course, works out and is always keeping up with current trends in the fitness industry. She does workshops for breast cancer survivors, creates individual exercise programs for women of all ages, appears regularly on local television stations as a fitness expert and does motivational and informational workshops, which focus on women’s fitness.
PHIL ROSS, BGS, MAM, CPT

Creator of ‘The Ultimate Self Defense Workout & The Ultimate Fitness Challenge.’

The techniques and methodology employed in this unique series were developed by Martial Arts Master Philip G. Ross, based on his more than 35 years of experience in the martial arts, fitness and security fields. Victorious in over 300 fights, he was a National Champion, Captain of NJ’s All-Star Karate Team and a former Division 1AA Collegiate Wrestler. He is a member of the Hall of Fame as an Instructor and as a Competitor. He has coached his students to hundreds of titles and has trained the Federal Marshals, numerous Police Agencies as well as Private Security Forces.

Teaching the now popular Mixed Martial Arts since 1988, Phil Ross has established himself as a leader in the industry. The combination of his practical defensive tactics with aerobic and anaerobic movements is designed to hone the body, sharpen reactions and develop the skills necessary for self protection. His upbeat, yet no-nonsense personality keeps the presentation of the material and the workouts both entertaining and fun. His S.A.V.E.™ program is a big hit in Corporate America with Harley-Davidson, UPS, LORE International, Sun Microsystems and many others.
AMY R. BENTO
A fitness professional for over 18 years, Amy Bento has taught upwards of 6,000 group exercise classes. Her class resume includes: all levels of step, double step, resistance training, hi/lo, kickboxing, slide, Kettlebell™, boot camp, Bosu™, Core Board™ and many more.  As a HS and Collage star athlete, Amy participated in volleyball, basketball and softball where she won many awards in all three sports. Amy’s fitness career began in New Jersey at a small Bally’s Gym where she evolved into an extremely multi-talented instructor and became well known as “the instructor’s instructor.” During the course of her career Amy has many lead master classes, presented at fitness conventions, competed in fitness competitions and volunteered her expertise for charitable fitness events such as March of Dimes, Cancer walks, Hurricane Katrina Releif, Kids in Crisis and more.  Over the years, she has directed and coordinated group exercise programs in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.  Amy currently instructs at The Edge in Norwalk, CT, and Equinox in Darien, CT.
ANGIE MILLER

Angie Miller, MS, is a passionate, engaging fitness instructor, personal trainer, and presenter with 18 years experience in the fitness industry. A former teacher and counselor, she creatively blends principles from psychology and education to empower individuals, connect personally with them, and build communities through her teaching.  Angie is the star and creator of the video production, “Core and Strength Fusion.” She is a workshop presenter and Certification Specialist for AFAA. Angie’s multifaceted background has given her the opportunity to inspire people throughout the world. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Certifications: NASM, ACE, AFAA.
